The Hidaya is a classic book of Islamic jurisprudence for the Hanafi fiqh. It covers all legal issues involving zakat, charity, mutal dealings, marriage, divorce, dower, gifts, death, funeral, iddah, orphanage, adoption, wills, bequests, inheritance, guardianship, waqf, sales, partnership, and hudood. The authorities cited include Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafi'i, Imam Malik, Imam Ahmad, etc. Differing opinions are discussed in the light of the noble Prophet's {SAW} ahadith and the rulings of the companions. This is a completely revised and edited version of the Charles Hamilton's translation of 1791, which included sections from Zakat onwards. Sections on tahara, salat, and Saum are not included. Includes index. Four parts in two volumes.
