The Safar Islamic Studies series aims to cumulatively build children’s essential Islamic knowledge, cultivate good character and instil God consciousness. With extensive references from the Qurʾān and aḥādīth, the new edition of textbooks has been developed to ensure that it is enjoyable for children as well as being comprehensive and reliable.
Elements from all core subjects are covered in the textbooks: Qurʾānic stories, Islamic tenets of faith (ʿaqīdah), religious rulings (fiqh) and major episodes from the life of Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ, as well as areas of personal development, in an age-appropriate manner.
The workbook is designed to complement the overall teaching methodology and aims to revise and test core knowledge through standard level questions, as well as to allow children to creatively engage with the taught material through advanced level questions.
