الأصول المنيفة للإمام أبي حنيفة - al-Usul al-Munifah li al-Imam Abi Hanifa

The text was compiled by the 17th-century Ottoman jurist and chief judge Qadi Kamal al-Din al-Bayadi (Al-Bayadi Zada). During his time, many of the earliest theological tracts explicitly attributed to Imam Abu Hanifa—such as Al-Fiqh al-Akbar, Al-Fiqh al-Absat, Al-Alim wal-Muta'allim, Al-Risalah, and Al-Wasiyyah—existed primarily as separate, scattered documents. Al-Bayadi systematically extracted the specific theological passages from these treatises and consolidated them into a unified, structured manual.
